Have you had at least one of these thoughts about your life?
🙋🏻♀️
"Something needs to change,
but I don't know where to start."
🤦🏻♀️
"I've tried to change before,
but nothing ever works for me."

"I know I need help,
but I don't know who to trust."
What If You Didn’t Need More Discipline
— Just a Different Approach?
Something needs to change... but you don’t know where to start.
You’ve set goals before — resolutions, intentions, challenges — but instead of feeling better, you feel worse when they don’t stick.
It’s not that you’re lazy. Or undisciplined.
It’s that most change models weren’t built for women like you — women carrying the invisible weight of caregiving, responsibilities, and expectations.
You’ve tried to change before. You’ve wanted to keep promises to yourself.
But nothing ever seems to work — and the shame of trying again (and “failing”) is just too heavy to carry one more time.
You might be asking:
- “Why can I show up for everyone else, but not myself?”
- “Why do goals and resolutions just make me feel worse?”
- “How do I try again... without setting myself up for another letdown?”
This workshop was created to get you past that thought.
When you’re not sure you’re ready, but something inside you still wants to try — gently, with support, and on your terms.
You’ve likely shown up for everyone else in your life. This space is about showing up for yourself.
In just one intentional, focused session, you’ll walk away with:
- Clarity on what matters most — not what you should do, but what feels right at this time in your life
- One meaningful, aligned promise that fits your real life (not someone else’s blueprint)
- A grounded sense of confidence and self-trust — because this time, you’re choosing from alignment, not pressure
Here's a possible snapshot of now and what's possible:
Before: You’ve tried resolutions, goals, or intentions that didn’t last… and felt discouraged when they didn’t stick.
After: Leave with a meaningful promise you feel calm and confident about — one you can actually see yourself keeping.
Many women find that this one workshop gives them clarity — and creates the confidence they need to take the next step.
For some women, this workshop is enough.
For others, it becomes the doorway into the 100 Day Promise.
This workshop is designed for midlife women (like you and I) who are tired of setting intentions that don’t stick — and are ready for something different.
Fact or Fiction?
Fiction: It takes 21 days to change a habit.
Fact: It can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days, with the average length of time to successfully form a habit coming in at 66 days.
Fiction: All you need is a desire to change.
Fact: A desire to change is essential, but it’s only one of the steps in the process. It has to be accompanied by a willingness to act.
Fiction: Once we act, change should be quick and long-lasting.
Fact: Change is a process, not a one-time event. The most effective coaching encourages the development of a sustainable practice.
THE REALITY IS...
Approximately 23% of people quit their resolutions by the end of the first week, 36% make it past the first month, and only 9% successfully keep their New Year's resolutions for the entire year.
And yet, change doesn’t fail — it’s the structures we use that often don’t fit our lives.
This workshop offers a different place to begin.
Over the past ten years, coaching over a thousand people on habit change, I watched as time after time, these elements made the difference:
Make a promise aligned with your values
Acknowledge what you really want
Keep showing up for yourself
Embrace your desired future
You might be thinking, "Can it really be that easy?"
The truth is that it's simple — but not always easy. Which is why making a promise together creates results.
Not a resolution to keep up with,
but a promise you can stand behind.
Inside MAKE Your Promise, you’ll craft a promise that fits your life — one that you'll feel good about keeping.
(Which is more than anyone's ever said about resolutions! )

Meet Your Workshop Host
I'm Sandi Amorim, a Master Certified Coach, author of the 100 Day Promise, and founder of the Created Life Academy.
As a master coach with almost twenty-five years of experience and a passion for habit change, I know:
- why traditional goal planning generally fails
- it's not always easy to change old patterns
- lasting change takes more than 21 days
The idea for this workshop was born from a question one brave client asked me:
“Why can I easily keep a promise to my friends, but fail when I make a promise to myself?”
That question led me down a path of studying how change really works. I dove deep into the research, exploring why resolutions fail, why willpower isn’t enough, and what we actually need in order to create lasting change.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve helped more than 1,000 people around the world make and keep meaningful promises to themselves.
Now it’s your turn. And it all starts inside the Make Your Promise Workshop.

"I do not endorse a lot of people. I am extremely discerning, but this I know to be true... if you desire more joy in your life + business, Sandi is the coach for you. If you desire to experience the love + support of sisterhood and community in action, Sandi is the coach for you." - Kadena TateSimon, Author + Speaker
