The Midlife Salon

A free quarterly gathering for women 40+

WITH MASTER COACH SANDI AMORIM

You don't have to know what's next.
You just need a place to talk about it.

You've built a life that looks good from the outside.
Lately, it's not feeling like enough.

Maybe nothing is wrong.
Maybe something is simply asking for your attention.

Come sit with us.

You’ve spent years building a life, caring for other people, meeting expectations, accomplishing things and becoming who you needed to become.

And now you're wondering:

What do I want this next chapter to feel like?

That's enough.

Leave with: One question that stays with you, a fresh way of looking at what's changing, and the reminder that you're not the only woman figuring this out.

You're Not Alone In This

Maybe you've been thinking...

I thought I'd feel different by now.

I'm grateful for my life, so why do I still feel like something is missing?

The things that used to matter don't matter in the same way anymore.

I'm grieving the life I imagined for myself.

I don't want to start over. I want to feel more alive inside the life I have.

I know something needs to change, but where do I start?

If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Hi, I'm Sandi. I know what it's like to look at a life you built and wonder if something's missing.

On the night of my 49th birthday, around 2am, I lay in bed unable to sleep. That was the moment I realised I felt trapped in a life I'd created. And that moment changed everything.

That's why I created the Midlife Salon. It's the place I needed back then to stop trying to figure it all out alone. Now, it's here for you.

The Next Salon:

Date:
Theme: What matters now?

A live, 90 minute conversation on Zoom.
Free to attend. Come as you are.

What Happens in the Salon?

Four times a year, we make room for this.

One gathering each season. Ninety minutes of conversation. To pause, listen, reflect, and connect.

Real life. Real conversations. Unscripted. Unrecorded.

Here's what happens in 90 minutes:

You arrive, settle in, and meet other women in the same season of life.

We have a real conversation, guided by me with a few questions.

You listen. You share if you want to.

You leave with something to think about, and carry into your life.

Here's what doesn't happen:

No lectures, slides or worksheets.

No pressure to share, fix or buy anything.

Just a room full of women who are willing to have an honest conversation about what it means to be here — at this point in our lives.

You can simply show up as you are.

What do YOU want?

Not what you should want.

Not what worked in your 30s.

Not what everyone else expects.

Not what you're supposed to want at this age.

What do you really want this chapter of your life to feel like?

Why It's Free

The Midlife Salon is intentionally free.

Because I believe women need places to gather
where the purpose isn't to sell them something.

There may be other ways we can work together if
and when it feels right. But you don't need to buy
anything to belong in this room.

Come when you want.
Stay for the conversation.

Come back next season.

"I was impressed with the incredible, high quality of everything: the women attending, the content, the interaction between participants and Sandi as facilitator." - Pamela

Here's what you don't need to join the Salon...

You don't need to have the answers.
You don't need to know what comes next.
You don't even need to know exactly why you're feeling the way you feel.

You can simply be curious about what wants to change.

Just come as you are.

What you'll leave with...

The Salon is a space to come together to share the
experiences and challenges of midlife.

What you'll leave with:

  • a little more clarity
  • a sense of connection
  • a new perspective
  • permission to want something different
  • a question worth taking home

"Creating communities that feel like home
is Sandi's superpower." - Margaret

What shifts in the room?

Someone says the thing you've been thinking but haven't
said out loud.

You laugh.

You recognize yourself in another woman's story.

You hear an idea you hadn't considered.

You realize you're not the only one asking these questions.

About Your Host, Sandi Amorim

Oct 24

"Sandi's facilitation is a good balance of heart, smart and substance." - Susan

On the night of my 49th birthday, around 2am, I lay in bed unable to sleep. That was the moment I realised I felt trapped in a life I'd created. And that moment changed everything.

For nearly three decades, I’ve worked with women around personal growth, possibility, and real transformation. But my awareness of midlife snapped into focus in that 2am wake-up call.

Since then, I’ve navigated significant business challenges, two knee replacements, a move across the country, and the changing reality of supporting aging parents.

I know what it’s like to carry roles we were handed early in life — and to discover, in midlife, that some of them no longer fit.

I know the weight of midlife obligations. The exhaustion. The grief for paths not taken. The resentment of roles long outgrown. And that middle-of-the-night question:

Is it too late to become who I actually want to be? It isn't.

That’s why I created the Midlife Salon: a place for women to stop trying to figure it all out alone.

I'd love to welcome you to the room.

From Here, It's Your Call

Maybe this is exactly the conversation you've been looking for.
Maybe you're just curious.
Either way, you are welcome.

and share and be inspired by one another." - Jess Smith

Questions?

I don't know anyone. Will that feel weird? Expand

That's exactly why the Salon exists. You get welcomed as you are, and there's no pressure to look good or impress anyone.

Do I have to attend every Salon? Expand

Not at all. The Salon is intentionally lightly held. Come when you can and when you want to. There's no attendance requirement and nothing to catch up on.

Do I have to participate or share? Expand

You're welcome to simply listen. Share when you want to. There's no pressure to be vulnerable, or show up a certain way.

Will the calls be recorded? Expand

Unlike most Zoom meetings, these calls will not be recorded. I invite you to think of them as gatherings, which means the conversations will stay in the room.

When are the calls? Expand

There will be four gatherings per year; one for every season. Dates and times will be emailed as scheduled.

What's the catch?  Expand

There's no catch. The Midlife Salon is intentionally free. My workshops and programs are listed but they're not topics on the calls.
